Welcome to my holistic practice based in East Sussex. I have been a therapist and teacher for over 25 years and offer a range of holistic services both online and in person to meet your unique needs.
For me, holistic wellbeing is about seeing you as a whole —
mind, body, and spirit — and recognising that each part is connected.
I am dedicated to provide a safe and nurturing space for person growth, empowerment and healing..

This one-one course is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, giving you all the skills and knowledge you need to become a professional healer.
It is suitable for beginners and experienced Holistic practitioners.
Over this course we will dive into the magic of crystals,
the power they generate and how to use them within your practise.
This course is available to study in person or online.
